COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP & PHILANTHROPY ADVISING
Community leadership isn't defined by a title. It's earned through relationships and trust.
Tullamore Advisors helps organizations and leaders strengthen their role in the communities they serve, build sincere relationships that matter, and make a lasting impact.
The best community leaders earn their influence.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Strong leadership starts with listening well, building real relationships, and showing up consistently. It means helping other people succeed and understanding that trust is earned over time.
We believe humility is a strength. Relationships matter. And sometimes, there really is magic in simply showing up.
HOW WE WORK
A Clear Picture, Then a Path Forward
STEP ONE
Community Leadership
Profile
How is your organization showing up in the community it serves?
Rather than a traditional audit, we start by getting a clear picture of where you are today: your relationships, reputation, leadership, and place in the community.
Together, we’ll look beyond programs and finances and ask the bigger questions. Are you becoming the organization your community needs? Do the right people know your mission? Are you building and stewarding relationships that matter? And are you positioned to make a lasting impact?
STEP TWO
Opportunity
Portfolio
The result isn't a report. It's a conversation that continues.
What we learn becomes your Opportunity Portfolio: a thoughtful, practical set of opportunities for what comes next. That might mean strengthening your board, building new fundraising relationships, finding the right community partners, or creating more visibility for your work.
This is an actionable plan shaped around your organization, with a clear way forward to become more connected, more trusted, and better positioned to lead in your community.
